better adv. quantization

here some suggestions:

  • move midi commands and sample commands along with the notes, if the fx column also was selected (so move it if target is track, too). Makes no sense to keep it untouched.

  • move it, if there is a instrument number (w/o note), a note or a note-off.

  • do something with notes on the last line of pattern

  • magnetic somehow seems not too accurate to me, is there space to improve it?

What do you think? Shouldn’t midi pattern data moved on quantization? Kind of problematic for values in between. Maybe they could be interpolated, so every value in between newly calculated dependent on old values + new position?
