hello,
currently, the slices are automatically assigned to the keys. now, if the beat is very long, the slices get more and it will be very confusing which key is which slice.
that’s why i thought it would be very nice to have something like a button, which, when enabled, lets you trigger all slices with the same button (mainly C-4), but the one who gets triggered is the one you have selected in the Instrument window. of course, in the pattern editor it would still show the slices to its assigend key (C-4, C#4, D-4, …) but they would be all triggered with one button.
i think this idea would make beat triggering so much easier and faster, especially for breakbeats and drum and bass.
i also see the Instrument window has some space left on the left side, so the button could be placed there?
please tell me what you think of this.
