I’m currently working on a live set that contains ca. 250 patterns. When I insert, copy, or delete a pattern (specially beginning of the project) it takes ca. 40 seconds. During that time the whole OS is nearly unresponsive.
I’ve already used “Delete unused Patterns” which helped a bit, but waiting 40 seconds to insert a new pattern really fuck up my workflow. Is that a normal behaviour or am I doing something wrong? Any ways to decrease the waiting time?
I use Linux (Kubuntu) on a Macbook pro (16 GB RAM, i7 CPU).
