Bpm/speed Modifier Control

Excuse me if this is a dumb question, but I looked over the manual and searched the board and didn’t find a solution.

I want to control within the song the bpm or the speed modifier. like the F commant in FastTracker or T in Impulse tracker(If Modplug is correct because I totally forgot :) ).

Is it possible?
