Can I Import Midi Files?

can i import midi files into renoise?

Try it i should say…, go to songs, tag the “.” wildcard button and see what happens if you load up a .mid file.

Also checkout the import settings for Midi in the configs menu

thanks i did manage to load a midi file but it closes all other tracks…

If you want to merge into it, i would suggest you to wait till the next edition…
Data is in XML format and clipboards can be copied to notepads / text editors like Uedit or PsPad etc.
But there will probably come tools to convert or merge MIDI data into existing song-information.
