Can no longer transpose samples in realtime and hear the results - the transposition is only audible after the sample is retriggered

To Reproduce:

  1. Load a sample.

  2. Play the sample with [Ctrl-Q] on and scroll through the transpose box while the sample is still playing and without re-triggering the sample.

Expected Result:
Tuning changes.

Actual Result:

The changes are only audible after re-triggering the sample.

This was possible in version 3.4.4

Already reported months ago , can’t find the topic
Lot’s of small things changed,and I’m not a fan of it ( see the horrendous fxp preset topic)

I think taktik said this was done to make microtuning easier to implement. To me that’s a worthwhile tradeoff but I hope this feature can be reintroduced in the future.
