Can no longer transpose samples in realtime and hear the results - the transposition is only audible after the sample is retriggered

To Reproduce:

  1. Load a sample.

  2. Play the sample with [Ctrl-Q] on and scroll through the transpose box while the sample is still playing and without re-triggering the sample.

Expected Result:
Tuning changes.

Actual Result:

The changes are only audible after re-triggering the sample.

This was possible in version 3.4.4

Already reported months ago , can’t find the topic
Lot’s of small things changed,and I’m not a fan of it ( see the horrendous fxp preset topic)

I think taktik said this was done to make microtuning easier to implement. To me that’s a worthwhile tradeoff but I hope this feature can be reintroduced in the future.

Good thing 3.4 can be used for many years and it’s rock solid, although I do love splitters and other things of 3.5, I hope this and the ram usage get optimized, it’s triple in 3.5 vs 3.4 for the same song (on macOS 15.7)

I find it really annoying as well,but I’ll happily take micro tuning over it

Boahhh that is not nice! So livetuning for legato samples like strings and for long Voicesamples during play is broken. Thats my Remixer workflow! I hope this will fixed because i dont need/use MTS. (sorry ToybOx)
