Hey all

I’ve just spent the last 13-14 hours coming up with this. Started working on it last night, around 01.00… It’s now 15.30, so it’s time for a break :P

It’s a minimal techno tune, still work in progress. Haven’t made the last part of it yet, and haven’t started adding automation, but I thought I’d ask if anyone has any input or feedback on what I have so far?

Made only with free vst’s, I found some pretty sweet ones in my way too crowded vst list. And only native Renoise FX’s.

(There isn’t a rule against posting works in progress here is there? I’ll update the thread as I get more work done on the track)

No problem. Nice track by the way, I liked it! Nice, tight sounds, interesting little switch-ups, and I enjoyed the atmospheric pad that comes in briefly… would be nice to hear some more of that.

I tried to embed the SoundCloud player into my post, but it seems a bit sketchy. Takes a long time to load, or seems like it’s struggling somehow. Hmm.

I just took the basic parameters (url, width, height) from SoundCloud’s own share/embed function, then I fed those into this forum’s embed tag. You can find more info in the “BB Code Help” link to the left when you’re editing your post.

Thanks for the code, and for the feedback on the track :)

Hopefully I’ll have an update on the track sometime tomorrow. Woke up in the middle of the night here and thought it was midday already… Think i’ll just go back to bed for now :P
