Does anyone know if it possible to change the block loop size (1/2, 1/4, 1/8…) with the keyboard: When I’m programming a sequence, it’s boring to have to take the mouse to change that.

The numpad enter allows you to enable / disable the blockloop. The blockloop size is not adjustable… it is always 25% of the pattern size by default.
You can manually type it in by double clicking the value box, but any more keyboard action ain’t there.
