Coldplay - Clocks (MIDI Cover) - problems with rights?

Hi guys, I tried to make cover of Coldplay - Clocks which might sound similar with the original version. I used only VST from renoise. Instead of voice I but DSK brass there and now I am asking whether I can even make it downloadable or whether I am even justify to public the song even if it is just a “MIDI Cover”. I would like to know Your opinion of using MIDI files :slight_smile: Thanks in advance!
