this
i made a new set of textures, it’s called “glass and metal”. it uses the metal textures and adds new shiny glass buttons. the colour theme from the screenshot is not included… 
just unpack the file to your renoise\skin\textures directory.
Here’s my colour scheme - tweaked over many generations! Let me know if anyone wants it too, and I’ll dig into the prefs files.
Dispite the blue is a bit too bright compared to the rest of the theme, I really like this.
good distinguished colors for the effects and … ok lets start a rant:
here the highlighted color is also good distinguished. that is something I really miss in the ‘official theme’.

i’m new to Renoise and didn’t produce anything in Renoise up to date. but here’s the theme i’m currently using. i just tweaked / finetuned the existing “pilot7_freeflight_v1.xml” a tiny bit:
