I clicked on this link thinking wtf, but actually, thanks. I have been looking for some strength training I can do since we had a baby and gym trips have tailed off somewhat. This website actually made it seem doable. I am going to start with the round-the-clock routine this weekend.

yeah dude,boxing especially is a good fit… unfortunately my coach was a wanker,so now i need to find a new way of exercising :P
