Hi there,
I am attempting to control both Renoise and Audiomulch concurrently with an MPD32.
However, the controller only seems to work with which ever program I open first.
I presume I’m missing some fundamental piece of knowledge concerning the behaviour and operation of MIDI.
Any help would be appreciated.

A midi-device can by default only be used by one application at a time, at least underneath Windows. You might be able to work stuff out using a virtual midi cable or a midi device splitter like MidiOx
