For old soundtracker (different pitch, 16 slots only) and maybe protracker, too, you can use milkytracker to convert it accurately to Xm, and then load the Xm into renoise. Gave me surprisingly exact results.

Fmod or bass.dll will be never supported in renoise, since it uses its own unique engine.
