hey. i had my task manager open on my second monitor when working in renoise and then i noticed that the amount of CPU usage is way higher in taskmanager than what’s presented in renoise. not just now and then, but all the time.
for example; renoise says 14.6%, taskmanager says 95%
renoise says 6%, taskmanager says 84%. and i didn’t have any other apps running in the background of
windows either. when i stop playback in renoise, it goes down to almost zero in both renoise and in task manager.
any reasons why? i don’t really care about this, but still i found it a bit weird/interesting.
