i think he thought selecting all the channels with mouse…
yeah for me it would be nice too… i was used to use some more shortcuts in ft2 for marking first, second etc channel (i think it was like Alt-Q, Alt-W,…) at first i really missed these in renoise, later i just adapted to it…
…but you can select all channels simply by pressing ctrl+A! 
Yups, but you can’t drag multiple channels from one spot to another with the mouse.
Probably that was the purpose.
did you even try to press CTRL+A before asking this question?!
Or am I missing something really evident here?!
