Cubase 9 Pro and Renoise Rewire (win10)

Hello,

Anyone have any luck getting Cubase 9 Pro to recognize Renoise 3.1 (now 3.11) to recognize it as a rewire device in Windows? It’s not detecting it here, despite following all the steps in the manual, which previously always worked for me on OSX.

Still no dice, despite uninstalling, reinstalling, giving Renoise elevated privileges. Any ideas or am I just out of luck for rewire on PC?
