Easy to see what Pattern it’s in looking at the matrix.

I thought I’d seen a Tool to jump to next note in column. I could be wrong though… Suspect you might still need to be in the right pattern (or maybe it does abide by the wrap-rule setting.)

It’s native key. ‘Move to Next Row with Note’
guess it works in current pattern only, haven’t used it much. Together indeed with what you said, use the visual aid of PM, OP should get close to what he/she needs.
