I always (often) use too many parentheses (brackets (although a spoken parenthesis can exist without the visual aid of a bracket, call them tangents I guess) in my sentences making them unpleasant to read.
I’m also a capitalisation and apostrophe Nazi.
i hope you won’t end up deporting me for my lack of capitalization then. 
i wanted to add that i generally dislike double quotes, “like this”, and prefer single ones, ‘like this’, because i think they are neater. still trying to find a way to add emphasis to words, and not sure whether i should settle on underline, bold or italics.
i do attach a lot of value to grammatically correct sentences, even though i am not a native English speaker, i still try pretty hard to give people the illusion i am
