I’m ashamed to say that almost every time i boot up Renoise i forget to turn on my midi keyboard first, causing me to Restart Renoise to get it detected.
same thing here, only my pc is running all the time (due to some very bad and illegal things). I often forget to switch on my keyboard prior to starting renoise, however, I think its not really renoises fault, because thats a gerneral windows problem … when your usb-connected midi-keyboard is not powered on its simply invisible to every application.
