I’ve found a colour scheme I like to use that doesn’t kill my eyes.
The typeface in the Mixer & Pattern editor, the one that says Track 1, Track 2 etc is in white and the selected Track is in Black.
I looked through the colour options but can’t seem to be able to turn it from black to something brighter, yellow is my choice.
I know it will be in there somewhere but a point in the right direction is always helpful.

You mean where it says “Track 03” or whatever of the track your cursor currently reside in?
Seems to be tied to “Value_Box Font” along with quite a lot of other stuff.
