[done 3.1 b5] Play Position Masks Selection (Pattern Ed)

Something that often causes a double take with me is the fact that the play position hilight seems to mask the selection in the pattern editor.

So in this instance the play marker is set to grey and the selection is masked on line 10:

Here the cell/note being pointed to is selected but it doesn`t show up at all. This is the instance that catches me out:

Making the play marker darker doesn`t help and the play marker just devours the line underneath!

So the request is for the selection to always be the top layer and visible; like it behaves for the edit position bar.

There really is no reason not too, this already caused some confusion, so I’ve done/fixed that now,
