i tend to write all in caps on irc and other im applications when i’m tracking. can you please write in caps-lock off when minimize? (or alt-tab) 
I was just going to send you to this thread, theres a tip on how to disable Caps-lock in windows, but to my surprise it just got a [done] on it, so try wait for next beta release
