Dont put samples in mod-set 1 by default

During my keyzone assignment tasks, the various samples I have seem to get assigned to modulation set 1 by default.

It can be a small bother when I would like to audition samples raw and in full if mod-set 1 happens to contain a short amplitude envelope.

I felt it would be better to to have samples default to “no mod-set” in the same way that they default to “no fx-chain”.

That would be pretty cool. I would also like to have a batch-assignment button, so I could assign each sample its own mod/fx set in one click and then mess with the routing after.
