title says it all, an option to use a double click instead of alt click to change the focus ?
eg: i find it annoying having to alt click on the pattern arrangement window to CTRL C/V track around
There have been threads on the new focus mode already. While I thought the new mode would be better, I already have deleted dsp’s in the mixer while I wanted blocks in the matrix to disappear. Same for copying and cutting as you describe, but I now use the right mouse click menu for that. Dunno if there is a solution that will satisfy all factions.
if your mouse has 3 buttons (or if the wheel acts as middle button), you can use the middle-button instead of LALT+leftclick
yep, but like you’ve concluded in the bug report, that doesn’t work but puts a cross in a block. I wonder if bringing the middle click focus back doesn’t defeat the point of the new focus behavior. Also, you’d first have to change focus to the matrix, before having delete key to work on a selection for example, instead of making a selecting have delete work right away.
