Just add random LFO to pitch in Instrument modulation tab.
no it will not work it need random in each voices
As herodotas said, try adding a random LFO or stepper modulation device.
Modulation are processed polyphonically, DSP effects aren’t…

edit i have tested and it don’t work because the modulation minimum is one semi tone whereas i’m talking about he drift of analog osc where it’s about 1% of modulation

One semitone - that’s rather rough don’t you think?
Most modulation devices allow very small values - and if you’re not satisfied with that, everything can be squeezed together even further by adding an operator as the last device, set to multiply by a low value.
