I just read: https://forum.renoise.com/t/linux-how-to-use-native-windows-vsts/21240, and I’m wondering if dssi support is implemented in renoise these days?
If not, are there any plans to do so?
Needless to say, for linux users, it would be a killer feature, esp given the current state of native linux vst (and, no, I’m not gonna run renoise through wine).
Agree. I have not run Windows since I installed ubuntu. Renoise runs fine but I did not have the time to use VST with FST or Wine or whatever to work with renoise again.
It’s certainly not renoise’s fault, that there are no real native Linux vsts but I don’t understand how to use 3rd-party plugins in REnoise anyway.
DSSI would probably work like Ladspa. Start Renoise and everything is good…
