This would work just like the waveform editor to give finer control on effects

  1. Your screenshot is pretty difficult to understand. The useful image area has been reduced to a smaller size making it blurry and unclear, while there is a huge amount of completely wasted white space around it. It would definitely help to get your point across if you fixed this to make it clearer and easier to understand what is going on.

  2. If you hold down CTRL while dragging any effect slider you will get more fine control over the parameter.
