the motto and her name itself are italian word jokes: only the name is somehow explicable in English: “Bianca” is a quite common name in Italy, and also in some other nations; it means “white” or “blank” (female). “Scheda” is the paper where you write your choice.
“Scheda bianca”, is the way we in Italy call a null vote.
