I love the strings in the opening section. Oooh, and a nice little smattering of breaks in the middle. The acid riff is cool too. Actually, this whole track keeps doing stuff I love. The jazzy piano reminds me of that brief period when that sound was cropping up all over acid house tracks. I suppose if I’ve got any criticism to make it’s that it’s basically a mash-up of three different songs and I’d have happily heard any one of these parts expanded on as a separate piece. Not that it doesn’t flow together well enough, but it does leave it feeling more like a sampler or showcase than a song.
Good work though.

Thanks a lot for the constructive feedback! I mostly agree — I’m proud of the piece as a whole, but the ‘separate parts’ aspect is definitely the part I like the least.
