so
i have a bunch of programs in my sampler (emu x2)
each is mapped to a different midi channel
drums ch1
bass ch2
problem is i cant seem to be able to play both in renoise without rendering the drum track first and then switching channels
basically if i have already put down some drum notes i cant then switch midi channels on the emu without those same drum notes playing the bass program
in cubase i simply open another midi track and assign it to the second program while the first is still being played on midi track 1
renoise is easily my favourite piece of gear but the filters and quality of the emu is not to be missed
after i have sorted this issue…it should be perfect
