I found this really awesome recording from Haiti called “Drummers of the Societe Absolument Guinin - Voodoo Drums” a few years ago and I want to find more stuff with this kind of ethnic (/“world music”) kinda drumming. So far I’ve only found a recording of an african funeral, “Drums of Death: Field Recordings in Ghana” which is also really fucking great and a guy called Guem but him I haven’t liked as much.
Any recommendations?
