Export / unpack all audio from a track?

Hi all,

I have a few tracks where ive recorded different lengths of samples - no idea how long they are, but some tracks have about 30/40 takes.

Is there any way to get these OUT of the song file, without bouncing them out in the conventional way?

Would be greatly appreciated!

Renoise files are just zip files but instead of .zip at the end it says .xrns (or .x variants). Simply unzip it and look at the folders?
