How is the akaizer tools quality?
I pity people mixing up pitch shifters with frequency shifters. they don’t seem to know, how ultracool a frequency shifter can sound.
an analog frequency shifter sounds like one sideband (or upper or lower sets in the case you are not using only sines) off of an analog ring modulator. if you carefully cut off the one sideband (or sets of, upper or lower) with a filter in renoise from the renoise ringmod, more or less same idea
