while chatting with a BIG italian artist he told me he was wiling to share some MOD… but he does not how to tranfer them from AMiga to PC.

Just save them on a PC-formated disk.
AmigaOS 2.1 and above has support for reading and writing to PC-disks by default. The device that handles this is called CrossDOS. Read how to use it here:

There is versions of CrossDOS that works on older AmigaOS-versions aswell, but not installed by default. I do not know where to download thouse though.
Btw, remember that most amigas is just mounted with a DD-diskdrive so you have to use a DD-disk.
You can still use a HD disk, the Amiga will just use 880K of it. 
To begin with it shall only use 720k if it shall work on a PC You can infact format HD-disks as DD but it is not recommended.
but I guess you will have bad luck trying to buy a DD-disk nowadays … also, I think the point why you do not recommend HD disks is because they loose data faster than a DD disk if written in a DD-Drive. But, since he just wants to copy some MODs this should be no problem. But I remember the same thing when I had my C64, suddenly you couldnt get 5 1/4 DD-Disks anymore, and the HD disks lost data after a year or something.
BTW… who’s the mentioned artist? Could you share the name?
