Just wanted to mention that the Glitch v1.3.02 update is now available from the usual place.

Changes from v1.3.0 to v1.3.02

  • Delay size can now be fine tuned.
  • Delay separation parameter range has been expanded slightly.
  • Modulator now shows the note which most closely matches the frequency. (ie: 440 Hz = A 4)
  • Filter type selectors have been improved.
  • Filters can now be toggled between (A) non-resonant and ( B) resonant.
  • Randomise function added to each effect (right click the effect’s name tag).
  • Fixed Pentium 4 denormalisation bug.
  • Fixed bug where FLStudio wouldn’t record/playback automated parameters correctly.
  • Fixed bug which caused FLStudio to crash when automating pattern changes.

Due to public demand Glitch v1.3.02 now uses a new VST id and filename which will allow you to have both v1.3.02 and the older v1.2.3 installed simultaneously. In order to transfer any old settings over to the new v1.3.02 you will need to export an .FXP patch file from the old version using the standard features provided by your host, then import the saved .FXP file into Glitch v1.3.02. Sorry for any inconvenience that may be caused by this.

Been using 1.3.02 quite well over the last few days. Will release a track with it over the weekend / early next week. Love the note reference in the ring mod! The filter A-B mode is great too.

There are just so many ways you can use this beast! Subtle or super-spastic.

Thank you sooooo much for the great plugin dblue! This has officially replaced buffer override as my favorite plugin of all time. I can’t wait to get some midi controllers so I can mess with it live :D

Glitch VST v1.3.03 update now available.

Changes in v1.3.03…

  • New: Clipping mode selector added to master output. (No clipping, soft clipping/saturation, hard/digital clipping)
  • New: Pattern selector can now be MIDI CC mapped. (Right-click the “Pattern Bank” label above the pattern buttons)
  • New: Filter type selectors can now be MIDI CC mapped.
  • New: Effect probability parameters can now be MIDI CC mapped.
  • New: Effect solo/global functions can now be MIDI CC mapped.
  • New: Middle-clicking a sequencer step is now a shortcut to insert a blank step.
  • New: Middle-clicking an effect’s name tag resets all the effect’s parameters to their default values.
  • Update: Triggering the solo/global effect via MIDI note is now based on how long you hold down the note.
  • Update: Gater effect has been slightly improved.
  • Fixed: Delay size finetune can now be correctly MIDI CC mapped.
  • Fixed: Sequencer pattern randomisation functions will now correctly insert blank steps in addition to effects.
