New Tools: Iterative Quantize And Groove Tool

Update (19/3/2011): I uploaded new versions that are compatible with Renoise 2.7. The old ones have been renamed to …_26 and will not be updated anymore. Here are two tools I wrote, largely based on the same code. Both manipulate timing in a different way.
