I’ve added guitar rig.dll in my vst folder, but Renoise doesn’t show it in vst intrsument settings.
I’ve re-scanned my vst folder several times, but nothing added.
Did anyone had that problem before?
is it not compatible with Renoise?
I only use my pc keyboard. Is it required that I connect a midi device for it to work?
Well, Guitar Rig is not a VST instrument, therefore it can’t show up in the VST instruments list. It acts as a VST effect that you can invoke via the Track DSP section. You’ll either have to record your playing dry and have the effect work on it on-the-go or use that effect chain while recording to get a wet sample.
