There is a game by Thomann, at one point there is a guitar you will have to tune and there are hints like the one in the picture but for the life of me cannot understand them to tune the guitar
I know nothing about guitars so most likely totally wrong but could it be a capo?
As a guitarist of 50+ years experience it’s pretty vague. My best guess is a G note. Total guess but if the solid line represents the nut, then the first string position is an E and the first fret is G note.
