Help me find the scale

So i have these chords and want to make a lead for them but cant find the scale.

F#.minor
c#.minor
d.Major
b.minor

Maybe? Shouldn’t the first chords set the scale?

I made a lead that fits perfectly but what is the scale i dont know

lead%20renoise

the scale finder from lilith is awesome, put it in my hamper already, got backups in the fannypack and the haversack

you have four chords:

F#m (037) = F# A C#
C#m (037) = C# E G#
DM (047) = D F# A
Bm (037) = B D F#

All the notes that occur:

C# D E F# G# A B

used liliths scale finder, nice choice of scales:

A major A; B; C#/Db; D; E; F#/Gb; G#/Ab; A;
A ionian A; B; C#/Db; D; E; F#/Gb; G#/Ab; A;
F#/Gb natural minor F#/Gb; G#/Ab; A; B; C#/Db; D; E; F#/Gb;
B dorian B; C#/Db; D; E; F#/Gb; G#/Ab; A; B;
C#/Db phrygian C#/Db; D; E; F#/Gb; G#/Ab; A; B; C#/Db;
D lydian D; E; F#/Gb; G#/Ab; A; B; C#/Db; D;
E mixolydian E; F#/Gb; G#/Ab; A; B; C#/Db; D; E;
F#/Gb aeolian F#/Gb; G#/Ab; A; B; C#/Db; D; E; F#/Gb;
G#/Ab locrian G#/Ab; A; B; C#/Db; D; E; F#/Gb; G#/Ab;
G#/Ab eight tone spanish G#/Ab; A; B; C; C#/Db; D; E; F#/Gb; G#/Ab;
D ichikosucho D; E; F#/Gb; G; G#/Ab; A; B; C#/Db; D;
A ichikosucho A; B; C#/Db; D; D#/Eb; E; F#/Gb; G#/Ab; A;
C#/Db neopolitan minor C#/Db; D; E; F#/Gb; G#/Ab; A; B; C#/Db;

In my humble opinion, it’s just F# natural minor based on the starting chord / root and the other 3 notes featured in each triad of the progression.

F#, G#, A, B, C#, D, E

You can view this modally as you progress through each chord but it would be essentially the same seven notes:

F# Minor - Natural Minor / Aeolian mode
C# Minor - Phrygian mode (spanish sounding with flat 2nd)
D major - Lydian mode (dreamy / mysterious sounding with sharp 4th - giving a major-diminshed feel
B Minor - Dorian mode, bluesy / bittersweet with a sharp / major 6th

I tried F# natural minor for a lead but it does not sound to fit perfectly with the given chords.Maybe it was the samples fault i used.When i get home from work i will try other samples in F# natural minor and see.

That’s probably down to the 6th (D Major) in the middle of the progression, which adds a dissonant quality following on one semitone from the previous chord (the 5th).

So your progression looks like this: I - V - VI - IV.

Try outlining the chords in your melody using 7th arpeggio tones e.g.skipping every other note:

F#, A, C#, E
C#, E, G#, B
D, F#, A, C#
B, D, F#, C#
