The buttons “Hide if unused” and “Hide all unused” are really good, but I think it would be a great idea if they also hide unused effect columns and note columns…
you pretty much can already, with the track expand/de-expand ( 
) buttons.
plus if an effect column was blank becuase there was nothing in it, then how could you see it to make it not blank? 
You can already hide effect columns with the small arrows on the top so this would be no problem.
