This would be incredible, maybe a toggle on/off ! Am i the only one who would love this ?
We already have snapping in the sample editor, located in the upper right corner of the waveform editor:

You can snap to zero crossings, slice markers, 0Sxx sample offset points, beat times, etc.
Do you mean something else?
Well yeah sorry about that i meant Vertical snap ! Like in modulation tab !
