This can easily be done in the Pattern Editor by using the ZTxx command: https://tutorials.renoise.com/wiki/Effect_Commands#Global_Commands

Check out the automation editor and make sure you`re in the mastertrack. Here you can draw automation for bpm, lpb and more.
