I want to create a shortcut to interpolate exponentially pattern columns, if i make a new one will renoise tell me if im erasing an already preset keyboard shortcut?

yes, just try it by yourself: under the textbox where you specify the new shortcut, it will tell that there already is an action associated to that shortcut
