How do I locate plugins for old songs on new computer

I just set up my new computer and tried to load some old Renoise songs. I get the message that the plug-ins aren’t found, however.
How do I locate them?

You’ll obviously have to re-install any missing plugins that have been used in your old songs, and then make sure your plugin folder is set correctly in the Renoise preferences.
