How do i maintain the Groove of the Beat?

How can i maintain the groove of a beat that i open inside Renoise?

i want the slices timings to be played correctly

It says versions 2.7 / 2.8, but it works in 3.0 for me (maybe you need to install it on 2.8 then open 3.0, I’m not sure).
