How many envelope points per line?

I feel like I used to know this but I’ve forgotten over the years. Can anyone tell me how many envelope “points” (i.e. length) comprise one line in the pattern? My lines/beat is set to 4. Say I wanted an envelope to last 1 beat (i.e. 4 lines), how long should my envelope be?

edit: meaning, 0-23=1st beat,24 starts second beat, so on, works at 4 lpb.

Thanks, so if I understand you right, one line in the pattern corresponds to 6 envelope “points” (i.e. I should set my envelope length to 5, or 23 for 1 beat (4 lines)?
