i have download the dll for decoding mp3, i put this in renoise directory and in the windows system ans system32 directory, but it dont work

not every kind of mp3 files are supported by mpgdll library
It-Alien’s right, some mp3s don’t work. However, all ogg files can be understood by Renoise, and the file size is equivalent to mp3 with higher quality sound.
I suggest downloading dbpoweramp (www.dbpoweramp.com) and the ogg codec for it, and converting mp3s which can’t be opened by Renoise to ogg.
Converting mp3 to ogg is a bad idea, recompressing will lead to further degradation
of the audio quality. Better to convert to wav instead, if that’s an option.
