How to quantize only note-ons?

Hi,

I would like to quantize only the note-ons, so that the note-off will still recorded in high resolution and its place will be fixed according to the note-on position before quantization.

Is this possible?

Same question for automation…?

for notes: use advanced pattern editor>quantize: preserve lengths

for automation: impossible without tools - everything recorded is quantised to lines
