I wanted to reset my password yesterday on laptop browser, firefox - but I didn’t receive any links. Neither the password link, not the logintoken link. Checked the spam folder.
Luckily I can still login from Android, thus I can post this trouble ticket.
It’s for a Gmail account.
My guess: perhaps Gmail is blocking renoise mail server address…?
We had troubles with our email provider yesterday and today, but this should be all sorted out now. Let me know if you still have troubles with this now…
i was having the same issue for a few days and getting really irritated that i couldn’t login or receive password reset emails only a couple weeks after purchasing a renoise user license, then realized it worked when i logged into my “renoise backstage” instead of trying to login to my “renoise account” . for some reason for me that was the difference and the first option never worked but the backstage option does work . just in case others run into this same issue.
