I have problem with rendering. My song sounds entirely different after render.

Google Disk link to the rendered song

Hard to say what’s wrong with any comparison.

LOL. Yes the render sounds good, I like it.

VST instruments start to produce wobbly sound.

Here is the sound from the speakers

Here is Renoise project

If you have any plugins like a compressor / limiter on your master bus try turning them off. Then compare your render vs what comes out of your speaker. To my ears your render sounds way overcompressed. Giving it that wobbly sound.

Maybe render in live mode or use Melda MRecorder as last plugin on the master.

I’ve tried to render in live mode, same result. I think it has something to do with VSTs and automation curves (but I’m new to Renoise, so I can’t say for sure). Where can I get MRecorder?

It’s inside the free bundle.

Do you render in a different samplerate than your audio device output is set?

No, samplerate is the same (I use ASIO, but i tried other settings (Direct Sound, etc) - problem remains)

I compared my render of your Renoise project. Sounds similar. Could be possible that Neutron VSTs cause your issue, because i dont have it installed on my system and i dont have this “wobbly” sounds. Remove them and try again.

Interesting… I don’t have any of those vst’s, but that is definitely interesting. Are you sure that isn’t a synth setting? A stray LFO perhaps…

I’ve doublecheked everything. But It really sounds like some glitch in LFO

No, in my last attempt i deleted all of the effects but problem remained
